The staff were polite as I expected. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the room was not only warm, but also outstanding. - It was nice to have coffee/tea making machines, a dining area, and a work desk. - I had a really great stay.

there was a dirty rag in the bathtub when I checked in.

It was a very noisy place with the Plant rooms being very loud all night

The shower was warm and had great water pressure.

One of our rooms smelled bad, and the sheets on one of the beds smelled like cigarette smoke.

This hotel was a convenient stop on our way to Dayton. Convenient to the interstate and various eateries nearby. Since we had a handicapped companion, the ground floor room was convenient.

The 2:30am knock on the door by hotel staff was rude and disconcerting! Hotel mgmt should have a better idea of which rooms are occupied, or not. Computer system, anyone? Towels were not totally clean (stains evident). The so-call Continental Breakfast was pitiful. Glad it was just a one-night stay.

This venue is clean, affordable, and conveniently located in the Fairfield area, with friendly and polite staff always ready to help.

The room with a full kitchen. The location was marvellous - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

I understand that the hotel cant control the drug deals my 15 year old daughter and I had to listen to all night or the unruly and loud other guest above us, we'll say enjoying their activities so loud and so long regardless of the other guest and being asked to plz quiet doen, or my truck alarm being hit all night or the fact i was told their woukd be " amenities " for the kitchen, not even the coffee pot it said or a blowdryer, and the rudness at the end counter by the 2 ladies well i guess I will call them that were rude and snotty, talked over me and pretty much pushed me out the door. And that they charged my card fri morning and i didnt check out till sun and told them specificly iI would pay cash if and when I left on sun but did leave a imprint of my card due to the night we checked in could not get in, check in or eally do anything , well it caused problemes with my bank, I know some say oh well to a not good stay comment but all it takes is 1 and they tell 10 and they tell 10, I worked in the food and bar business for 20 years so I have a slight advantage over the next person but this euined our stay, will not b back and caused bad conficks with boiking .com and myself and my bank so heres my comment and if I spelled words wrong I dont care kinda like the people running the place my daughter and I stayed Thank you for reading.Oh and the dirty washcloth hanging in our shower when I was in I found also teally gross!

loved the kitchen, good area, friendly staff! exceeded expectations, especially after previous stay in springdale.

This property is about one mile from our favorite restaurant. Easy access from I-275/I-75, north of Cincinnati and friendly staff.

The headboards, mounted wall lamps and ceilings appear to not have been dusted or cleaned in months. Towels are dingy and hard; obviously in need of immediate replacement.

The room had a cozy feel and was super convenient with a full-size fridge and a complete kitchen setup. Everything was just as I had hoped for! 🌟

It wasn't too expensive. Loved the kitchen. It was a good area and quiet! Nice friendly staff!

Better breakfast. Wasn't really much to choose from. They should keep pots and utensils in the room already. Instead of having to get them at the desk. Didn't like the fact that they charge $100 deposit if you pay with cash. Make sure you pay with debit/credit card. Wish there was a DVD player in room also & more channels to watch.

Hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located, clean, had a very nice kitchenette, very comfortable bed.

Area was kind of sketchy, facility was a bit outdated, bathroom was really small.
